Ping issue - can't start a game

Hi, I am playing from Poland and when I enter golge or klan sunucusu, on all the lobbies I join I can't press the ready or start buttons because I cannot see anyone's ping. It's just all white with no numbers so I am not even lagging. It seems there must be some issue with this.
Could anyone help me? What should I do in order to play the game again? Just re-install? Or is my country banned from playing on the Turkish server?
