can i ask something about here

hello i am from south korea and playing wolfteam in softnyx 
i want to move here to play wolfteam.. because there are so much hackers in softnyx and softnyx gm dont ban hackers just their ranks are high...
(i am 4 red star in there) 

i want to request you some few questions...
1. in joygame wolfteam.. is here a lot of hack too? 
2. in here how manage people who use hack. (permanent or 1~3 days ban)
3. i am p2p.. which i have to buy when start game first? (i usually play human and like ice hold)
4. how to translate in game to english? (i dont know about turkish a lot) 
5. in here, is there some gun which cannot use in room? (as i play in softnyx, uzaz is normally not use for manner)
6. i want to know what people are like most in here (wolf or human)
